Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to have a great experience with Pure Pouches. If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase, we offer a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee, applicable after at least two weeks of use from the date your order was shipped.

A full refund for the product(s) will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping charges and any applicable shipping taxes, per the policy outlined below.

To ensure fairness and prevent abuse, this guarantee is limited to three (3) individual products per 12-month period for first-time purchases of that item.
If you purchase multiple units of the same product, the Money-Back Guarantee covers one (1) unit. Store credit may be issued for the remaining units.

For bundle orders containing multiple products, refunds are limited to the three (3) highest-priced eligible items in the bundle, less any discounts applied. The first-purchase rule applies to all components of a bundle.

Wholesale orders or orders intended for resale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

To initiate a refund request, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) you’d like refunded

  • A brief note describing your experience (optional, but helpful for quality feedback)

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of consumable items (including caffeine pouches, supplements, or personal care products). However, first-time purchases may qualify for our 60-day Money-Back Guarantee as described above.

Orders that are undeliverable, refused at delivery, or returned without prior authorization are eligible for a refund under the same conditions, minus return shipping fees incurred to recover the order.

Please allow 2–4 weeks from the time the returned order is received at our facility for processing.

Items that do not qualify as first-time purchases are non-refundable.

Quality-Related Concerns

At Pure Pouches, product quality is our top priority. If you believe your product arrived defective, damaged, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Each request will be evaluated individually.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time.

Exceptions

The following items or circumstances are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Discounted or discontinued products

  • Items purchased using rewards points or gift cards

  • Products received as promotional or complimentary items

  • Wholesale or resale orders

  • Refund requests made beyond 60 days from shipment

The Money-Back Guarantee applies to products, not flavors.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. If that method is no longer valid, the refund will be forfeited.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

We cannot issue refunds to prepaid debit cards.
